A platform that connects patients to clinical trials through natural conversation - you describe your symptoms in plain language instead of needing to know medical terminology. Over 80% of clinical trials miss their enrollment targets, largely because finding a relevant trial is hard for anyone who isn't a clinician.

I owned the AWS backend for the full 24 hours: wiring Lambda functions, debugging the distributed pieces, and shipping new functionality while the rest of the team kept building on top of it.
